Only a MOU FRAMEWORK has been agreed upon and even the reopening of Strait of Hormuz and signing is not immediate but delayed to this Friday. Sticky terms are still being discussed and to be agreed upon but Trump is desperate for a conclusion and Iran also doesn’t want war to continues.
