不是LSS4已卖出了吗？TNB购电的恊议其實也沒用了。卖出的七千万還四千五百万的債，應該還有剩吧？只是新买方要跟TNB重签购電恊议了。（除非买LSS4时，连同购电恊议也包含在內，就另當別论了）

其实不久前Sunview宣布用70m购买它的lss4时里面有提到没有购电协议了。Reneuco保留这协议都没用的。至于tnb罚款方面可以提出上诉和求情。其实很奇怪的是和sunview有了s&p为什么没有宣布，反而这个notice又宣布lolz。
