Haily Group Bhd has secured a RM42.85mil construction contract to build 187 double-storey terrace houses and a Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) substation in Bandar Putra, Senai, Johor.

The project comprises two phases: 91 terrace units and a TNB substation in Phase 1, followed by 96 terrace units under Phase 2.

Construction is scheduled to begin on Dec 15, 2025, under a 15-month contract, with completion expected by March 14, 2027.
