ASM Automation Group Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arrow Systems Sdn. Bhd., has signed a business alliance agreement with Tokyo Automatic Machinery Works Ltd. The partnership aims to strengthen collaboration and create new business opportunities between both companies.
Under the agreement, both parties will work together on sales and after-sales services for products manufactured by either company, undertake manufacturing for each other where required, and co-develop new technologies and product lines.
