so sad investors dont know dividend shown in this klse app not accurate all the time, need to count manually according to latest annoucement. i already explained that before here the supposed DY is only 3.7% (according to 0.27 share price and latest dividend payout pattern)

sometime klse app also shown inaccurate DY due to timing issue, and sometime also involved special dividend which is not expected to be repeated.

another thing is that while i am aware of the drop (cut half) in dividend payout, i also understand the reason behind and dont think price should be cut by half due to that, dont forget NTA is still same and company is still same or even more profitable. despite there is problem is delayed rental payments by tenant this qr, we need to monitor if thia problem presist into the nexf qr

John I assume 0.0025 is new format of giving out dividend every quarter (for total of 4 Quarters per year) from now onward. management explained that the dividend cut half is due to more total shares from warrant convertion now. therefore i use (0.0025 x 4) / 0.27= 0.01 / 0.27 = 3.7%
