I have a question. For this quarter, it has net profit of RM10,346 mil and it gave RM0.02 of dividend per share. As I know there are 800mil of shares in the market which make up of (800m x RM0.02 = RM 16 mil) . Doesn't this meant that the total profit it gained all goes to the dividend?

u can just look at the EPS and DPS
DPS for the current year is more then EPS already
means that the divided that hupseng give is more then it's current net profit
is not a good sign

Does that mean HUPSENG gave more than it earns? if yes, it is indicating that HUPSENG is not spending any money on expanding it's business

dividend is under cash flow statement and net profit is under profit and loss statement, their two are different things
maybe u need to learn more before u invest
