Shit.. company accused of tax evasion

The Board of Directors of Hartalega Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd,a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 4th August 2025 received a Notice of Additional Assessments from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (“IRB”) for the assessment years of: 2017 amounting to RM13,921,397.77, 2018 amounting to RM36,345,767.39, 2019 amounting to RM10,695.00, 2020 amounting to RM32,887,642.22, 2021 amounting to RM18,102,650.11 and 2022 amounting to RM90,624.60 respectively.
