You have a nice avg price, Jason. My personal opinions and could be wrong - QR is around the corner and should wait for the results to be released first. A better question to ask yourself is - What If decision to trade based on technicalities/invest for its recovery is wrong? The amount of risk that you are willing to take and what is the exit point upon knowing that it's a wrong decision.
