The Board of Directors of DNeX wishes to announce that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 22 May 2025 entered into a Heads of Agreement with Shanghai E&P International, INC. with the intent to collaborate on exploring to provide cross-border trade facilitation solutions and exchange connecting enterprises in Malaysia with their counterparts in China
