CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 2,267,112,038 WARRANTS IN YTL CORPORATION BERHAD ("YTL CORP"), so many shares soon to be released. I revised my tp to RM 1.2, yes less than exercise price.
