建筑:北部有工厂及LRT,南部有新柔特區，最近在新山见了一位小学同学，他手上蛮多工厂要建。在 Bukit Indah , 一屋难求，更不用说 Data Centre…..
科技：大馬的科技产品出口还是不错的，每次经过梹城第二大桥时，工厂一间一间的看得眼花缭乱…..
消费： 起薪，还有现在的年轻人也都很会花钱，不像老一代的人那么省，而且很多老一代的人也看得开了。

Choose companies at least with 2-3 quarters good earnings, strong operating cashflow and price dropped to a reasonable low level , then buy in and keep, that’s the way to go !

建筑确实还很强。其实suncon sunway gamuda是健康回调，都没有跌出上升趋势。

科技暂时潜伏期吧，可能要多两个季度。等后续 quantum或是医疗AI的利好消息来了，科技股就会起来了。

消费还有mykasih。政府激励消费政策。

电信的话最近是意料抗跌。可以说表现的比大盘好一些。

actually we just a new market. compare with sti hsi sure will have different. we should compare with the thai, indo and india market.
