Yes if buy today and sell tomorrow, you are eligible for special dividend.

If buy tomorrow then not eligible.

Special dividend & buying price @ 0.570/0.575 is already quite a good deal. But buying interest is just not there.

Based on the daily chart, there is no evidence of downward trend. It seems, LBS will enter a consolidation phase.

I don't think there will be much price movement after ex-date. Price range should be around 0.565 - 0.575, as there is evidence from these few days of trading that someone is constantly trying to keep price at this level.
