Total Regret Formula clearly shows early sign of madness... in Gross Profit Per Asset or his so called Gross Profit Premium... why he use gross profit instead of profit...well, it is simple...it is because the earning failed to justified the attractiveness of the investment....so..he use gross profit.. he trying so hard to made up the number to justify his investment.. He is blind...now.. confuse himself... thinking he has the ultimate formula...he only hope now is to hype the stock he own like a cheer leader.... telling other it is so undervalue......when it is not....XD....imagine a mad cook create new dish by mixing musang king with kimchi and called it Absolute Total Campur. Everyday trying his best to tell other how his recipies is loved by him and should taste the best based on his formula of mixing 30% musang king and 70% kimchi. XD good luck to those who buy his secret recipe.

What is wrong with Total Regret's Overall Rating= P/E ÷ ( 100 × ( √( 1.GPA × 1.ROIC ) - 1 ) ) ?

The first mistake i see is, this so called investment genius TR combine 3 investment criteria into one formula. You can't combine P/E, Gross Profit Asset and ROIC in one formula. They are all different Investment weight class criteria used for different sectors. I always laugh at how his mind works.

In boxing, in the light weight class, a good fighter must have fast punches and footwork, so his typical body shape are skinny lean; in middle weight class, a good fighter must have ability to punch harder and move fast as the glove is thicker. Therefore most fighter have muscular body type; In heavy weight class, a good fighter much have the ability to punch much harder and able to take punches. Typically they are tall, slightly obese. So imagine TR need to create a formula to seek the best fighter, in the end he will tell you, the greatest fighter is the one with thin lean shinny body, with muscular body, tall and slightly obese. Hahaha, this body type doesn't not meet any weight class or even exist!!!

Now, next topic. What is his intention of creating this so call Overall Rating formula? A direct answer would be, he trying to divert your attention to the stock he currently holding.The formula suggests that companies with poor outlooks are undervalued. He wanted you to know, you should always aim for Low PE companies, they are conlanfirm undervalue.

WHY GPA? GROSS PROFIT PREMIUM? Gross profit / Asset...Why he want a low asset business? Well because this type of businesses can exhibit so called high gross profit margin because of it low inventories requirement. This kind of business are consultation/servicing business, providing manual labor to put the screw into the cabinet. You see, he is selling the idea of Gross Profit/Low Asset, mean great business. He implies you should ignore net profit factors like salaries,debt and taxes. As long as the gross profit-to-asset (GPA) ratio is strong, it’s seen as the ultimate measure of compounding potential. XD

Asset light business typically have inflated ROIC, they don't need investment in property, plant and equipment or R&D. They only need manual labor. So even the net profit or return is small, as long the asset is light enough, it is conlanfirm a great compounding business. He think this is Moat!!!! AHAHAHAHA

If you gave Total Regret 1millions and ask him to invest either in Mc Donald and Roadside Burger. He will tell you, Mc Donald is Asset Heavy, it need many huge inventories of bread and meat so it is a bad investment. XD and this is why, he is da Man Total Regret.

ROIIC > ROIC > WACC Hence, Stop growing, Stop injecting capital, Stop borrowing so your WACC is lower!!! Dying businesses.... XD
