I went to sds nilai last sunday for the agm voucher, the customer who dine in for cafe is like 70% but customer who buy bakery product is quite high , for my opinion the sds is like a charged high price for cafe but the service is not that ok, but people like to buy the bakery product
for top baker and daily product, i think the marketing and packaging is not that good for top baker , but i can see all those product at the petrol station along the highway and eco two ringgit shop, i think they are targeting for B40 while sds is target for high value customer
the sds cafe food is really a bit too expensive, more or less food price around +-rm20 and drink +-rm10 this is excluding the service/tax, add on some snack +-rm10, imagine bring your family just few people cost hundred+ already....not a place where you can eat everyday, but the pricing on the bakery i think is okay...
yes i agree too , that why i see many compliant in google map , i think the management need to do something, like improve their service or make the price more competitive
