first mistake, 1 lot in bursa means 100 units of share.

second mistake, you bought 1 lot of Harta share, you will get RM0.56 of dividend, not RM56.

third mistake, when people write three ringgit and fifteen cents, people will write RM3.15, instead of RM3.15 cents.

As a maths tuition teacher, I cannot tolerate such elementary maths mistakes.

1 lot is 1000 units. 100 units is 100 shares.

If 1 lot = 100 unit (current definition of a "lot"), dividend for 1 lot is RM0.0056 * 100 = RM0.56
If 1 lot = 1000 unit (old definition), dividend for 1 lot is RM0.0056 * 1000 = RM5.6

Either way, "Rm 56.00 for 1 lot dividend" is incorrect. The dividend is 0.56 sen (RM0.0056) per share.
