The extension of time is 2 weeks, which means the finalization of the disposal of Zhuhai International Circuit is nearly at its completion stage.
Good news or bad news depends on individual perspective.
To me it is good news, because the disposal deal is going forward and almost complete. After successful disposal, LBS gearing ratio will reduce and cash flow will improve, to focus on existing and future projects. Hopefully there will announcement on special dividend just like last time.
