The Entitlement Date for the Proposed Bonus Issue will be announced later by the Board of Directors of Teo Seng Capital Berhad after receiving all relevant approvals. The Proposed Bonus Issue is expected to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2024.

I expect TS to distribute high dividend(>5 sen?) for 4th Q plus special dividend( >3 sen?)...!! This is to avoid to pay 2% if dividend declared is in 2025!!. ** Do you see Lysaght declared today a special dvd of 35 sen. but 3Q EPS is only 11.52sen, looks like an advance dvd payment!
