Pendekar, the 2-2.5 cents you referring to does not makes sense unless they are issuing warrants. otherwise, the director will be saman was publicly saying 2-2.5 where the counter is now at 5cents. he is practically creating panic selling.
Subscribe new share at 2sen per share is in the anouncmnt...that not director desision...that company desision....its up to shareholder to approve or not.
