mbb的中过几次ipo，都是很快通知，延迟的最后都中不到。问了股票行，他们说有一些不中的会保留给第二次机会，如果前面中的人有出现错误或填错资料的人，就会取消他们的机会，给抽第二次机会的人，但是我很多次延迟公布的都没有中过。也许现在很少人会填错资料，因为大部分填资料都电脑自动化了，少出错。
