Coz tis is an illiquid counter. Not easily influenced by retailers. Retailers only hold very small percentage only. I have played it since it was at the lowest price so i wont buy big in it anymore as i have made more than a 100% in ofi.. jus tht if got good price i buy n play for some pocket $$ only…
