final week for OPM and Melaka Uni to reach a settlement or extension. DD ongoing since 17 April which may require another month or so.

one is old news. we already knew about the debts settlement. as for the contract, 4 millions ++ nothing to shout about.

DD completed by the consultant. next is approval by Melaka gov. Sales could be confirmed within the next 2 months. momentum should build up when more good news are out.
