2.76-0.15=2.61 and that's the margin you have to cushion for the headwinds in Q2'24. I have been waiting for opportunity to add at 2.60 since Q4'23 and its not available.

for now yes, vin :) until the major tailwinds unfold. thereafter, Genting will be more attractive starting next year with the development of RWS 2.0.

Kinda strong headwinds for Genting in Q2'24 particularly with Hard Rock Hotel renovation as approx 380 rooms are taken down short term but an additional 700 rooms will be replaced when it's completed. May take a hit on revpar. Will have a better picture when Genting Singapore releases its Q2'24 performance.
