Undertaker, the recognised revenue of 321m from July 2019 to Sep 2023. But the highlight is also the receivable as at June 2023 and Sep 2023 which was probably impaired at Sep 2023. With mostly occurs from older ARs they must conducted a SIR to determine the veracity of these transactions which is still incomplete until the date of this report . Therefore auditor has no choice but give disclaimer.

Honestly if you have disclaimer like this mean it is basically a game over until a potential "white knight" which is very unlikely. Even if their next auditor modify their audit opinion to qualified also can't help much. It is not easy to get out from PN17. You only have to hope they can generate enough cash flow from their adat sanjung hydro power plants.
