Many analysts say this time is different as compared with the Dot.com bubble period, but some resemblance always there. The most noticeable one was Tesla, car producing company only , valuation very very high as compared with Toyota and BYD……

Nvidia is like Cisco Systems of the bubble dot.com .

Anyhow, the magnificent seven’s share price, one by one will come down, so prepare for it……

Kevin, I learned it from my contractor, he got very positive attitude, even developers owned him a lot of money, he use to contra by taking some property, then rent it out and sometimes sold with good price….
Now, he himself was a developer, building houses with his own cash then only sell….
Although in a small scale, but very good developer…….
The best thing about him was he got all the machineries like 神手，lorrries, 压路机 which can do 一條龙服务 like building factories and houses…..
Always learn from others is not a bad thing !
