Market it truly irrational ..when the ship transformer broke down months ago , the price slumped to 0.50+ from 0.60+ within 24 hours, now the problem has been fixed for 2 months and the oil price is bow better than months ago (although there is no direct relevance ) but the share price is not out the woods …
