yes. we are moving towards more renewable. but it's not that easy. Malaysia does not have wind. solar is preferably more effective at places with more light not heat and rain(less effective). hydro power is limited by the number of lakes etc. all and all, Malaysia still needs gas. unless hydrogen energy production matures else I don't see RE is going to help
