why out of sudden TheEdge led to published the new this timing? it was when the price increasing and HighHigh that time? To warn "retailer"? or to allow big shark to be able to collect at bottom before stir up again?

the market hav retailers / investor / big shark / IB...etc..
think logically, who has the power of influencing? who is more greedy to earn more? usually they work in a group to stir and steer the counter.
