As a shareholder and housebuyer of LBS project, i extremely disappointed with LBS conducts.
They blocked victim email, ignore all complaints on serious defects, at the end i force to use my own money to repair. Do you know everyday at least 10 units have water leaking and contractors ask for 10k to repair, this is not a small amount.
Agent said many projects also same.
Where is the quality control? What is lousy material?
When they sell the house, they said the address is puchong but at the end know is jenjarom.
They say will build shopping mall, hospital and flyover to address traffic jam. At the end, say only planning, nothing will happen.
We buy the house at 500k with nlank unit. The they purposely reduce the price to 290k and some 350k with fully furnished and cash back. All early birds die. How to sell? Agent say may take more than 10 years to recover.
Lelong already happened, some buyers get cheated and suffered mental and psychology diaease, eventualy may have people suicide.
Is this what they said on newspapers build for people?
When complain, they verbally tell you the laws protect richman, they are Yang Dipertuan Agong friend and they know Minister. This is obvious bully and misuse of power.
I suffer heart attack because of bullying, doctor said becuase too stress.
Who can give justice and help victim like us?
I have disposed my shares despite price drop. If I die on stress and heart attack, everyone know what is the reason.
Everyday at least 10units complaints of defect, and how much and who going to follow up etc, u also know..and other example u also know. Seems like you are the department to receive and handle the case instead of individual buyer. How many projects and property u bought from LBS, seems like almost u cover all of his project.
do u try complain to tribunal before? it you have all the proof.. maybe can try look see look see la.. most of us here I guess is minat with the share, not really minat buy their house, at least me is so. so comment here I think won't really help u. tribunal should have a category for house buyer la. I meet a so so developer too, I agak agak know how bad is the feel.
