No one can know how low is lowest , how high is highest , if u want for investing what is the difference at 3.90 and 4.50, if later come to RM10.00 - 15.00? Waiting for too low or too high is speculating, u will never buy any share, when it ready come back to 3.90, u will hope it can go to 3.50 or 2.90.
