Eugene, I believed the fair value is higher. however, what is puzzling me is the dividend status. If there is no more dividend for current fiscal year, that would have change the intrinsic value and I am not sure funds/insti will hold it further despite it's huge land banks and potential. I hope the mgmt will not end current fiscal year without dividend.

@cheng i evaluate share intrinsic value base on their eps n one thing which i not so comfortable with this stock is their total share in market is quite huge.. They need very big profit to sustain their share price...

这就要看大哥要他上还是要他下咯。。还不是时间要他上，就发个坏新闻。压到他们的价钱咯。。散户永远不要去追高就不会有事。还有买一只股之前用FA来评估他的intrisic value 在用ta进场吧。。不管ta给什么进场信号bt 价钱还是高过于算出来的inttisic value 就不要进场咯。。

买股票的道理跟做生意的道理蛮像的。。没人会要进贵货。一家股票的eps 越做越少也是不会有好结果。。profit margin 高的公司当然做生意比较简单些。要靠很多working capital 来运作的公司就要靠一个很efficient 的management 来管理了。。这些全部都是FA了。。

对啊。。我也是那么想的。。不管是工作还是做生意。。只要牵涉到"人"就是最难搞的管理。人是最复杂的。。股票是难但是要把他简单化。。去学习他，了解他。。报告什么都有。。一了百了。做得好继续收，做不好就砍。。就这么简单。
