Indeed Tommy Teo. The price fixing for the latest pp is for PP3 which is for working capital/trade payables. There are two more PPs - PP1 (for the servers) and PP2 (new business). None of it completed thus far. PP2 issuances have been utilised partially.
Hi Ipman01, just my personal opinion - I will not invest in Gpacket’s prospect until there are tangible results; measurable results. You can actually look at it’s track records over the last one year and the progress from the 3 pp exercises carried out. It’s awful if you will. Current price is reflecting where it should be until there are real tangible results; including changes in leadership if possible. Just my opinions, could be wrong. Hope it helps.
my personal opinion is that it is no longer a question of how low it will go, Ka Gen. It can go as low as possible since its a free market. Its a question of how long it will stay low. If you are holding gpacket's shares, its good to read through its quarter report and especially the status of corporate proposals and utilisation of proceeds. The longer gpacket delays the utilisation of the proceeds, the longer it takes to deliver the results and more questions should be brought forward by the shareholders. And, the best place to have all the questions answered is perhaps from the BOD during AGM.
