MMC 将私有化，交易暂停
吉隆坡（6 月 3 日）：MMC Corp Bhd 的股票交易已从下午 2 点 30 分起暂停。

该集团在一份交易所文件中表示，在发布重大公告之前，暂停交易是有效的。

“因此，与 MMCCORP 相关的结构性认股权证的交易也同时暂停，”它说。

根据市场讨论，该集团将通过选择性削减每股约 1.80 至 2 令吉的资本进行私有化。

MMC 股价最后上涨 10 仙或 8.33% 至 1.30 令吉，估值为 39.6 亿令吉。
