Right Issue 就是跟股东讨钱，毕竟跟银行贷款会有利息的负担 而且amfirst的gearing也已经没什么空间借钱了 gearing都差不多50%了
通常right issue来扩张，盈利会摊平股权稀释的影响，但是如果是来还债 市场通常不会买单
短期一定有卖压

假的拿来还债是可以，因为每年的利息都很高（20-38m） 如果服了能降低gearing当然是还好，然后20%应该不是dilute很多如果是0.4毛买进的
