Not really, normally the investor or third party needs to use higher price than average price of Krono in a period of 5-6 days to purchase new issue shares ( by private placement ).... the proceed of selling of new issues will be used by Krono as working capital ....
Private placement is better than right issues due to the investors using higher price to buy new issues n the proceed / money of selling private placement issue will put into balance sheet ..
