I don't think the next QR is that important as it would not reflect the future potential. it'll probably be underwhelming QR..what we need to wait is the silterra confirmation and future potential
supposedly next week. but like Sathya said, it wont reflect the future potential. besides, they just announce the change in accounting period to 30th June. which means that we should expect all acquisition will finalize before that, so that they could release the annual report inclusive the Ping & Silterra.
The Board of Directors of the Company had, on 15 February 2021 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 31 December to 30 June. The next financial year of the Company will be for a period of 18 months from 1 January 2020 until 30 June 2021.
The change in the financial year end is to facilitate better audit planning and allocation of resources as well as to avoid the peak financial reporting period of 31 December.
