1. 买田鸡时请师傅代为剥皮除内脏，拿回家洗净，斩件；
2. 蒜头洗净去衣；姜片切成丝；葱洗净切葱花；
3. 煮沸清水，放入田鸡、蒜头、姜和米酒，大火煮20分钟，转小火煲一个小时，即可下葱花、盐调味食用。
