1. people willingness to inject vaccine, around 30-50% of US population not willing to get vaccinated
2. Longevity of the vaccine effectiveness, currently only 2-3 months shows effective, no data as yet for longer period.
One thing is clear, mortality rate will be going down, and thus globally government will encourage people who vulnerable to go for vaccine, other than that, they couldnt care less, COVID will eventually be as prevalence as common flu.
In between, hospital will be even busier than before.
