The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Orion had on 22 May 2020 entered into the MOU to commence exclusive discussions with Enrich in relation to a proposed collaboration to jointly:
(i) explore mining targets and develop mining operation at Gossan Hill area, District of Jeli, Kelantan and,
(ii) manage the Senor Alluvia Gold Mining operations at District of Jeli, Kelantan.
