The MOU is a good start if Luster intends to make its presence felt in this segment. Lots of opportunities. Housing and Local Gov Ministry (KPKT) plans to set up 6 WTE across the nations; the aspiration is to have one in each state. Luster seems to rope in the expertise from China to understand the technical details of a WTE plant via this MOU. This is an important pre project phase as the first WTE plant in Negeri Sembilan by Cypark is delayed until further notice.
