It totally depends on the market sentiment. Dividend ex date does not change the stock fundamental. In term of price, yes it might be lower. But if you check the price before the dividend is announced, it's around 0.815. So its price just got back to what it used to be.

reits is a slow and static category of stock. main purpose is for stable dividend and low risk. some people with big capital may come in to take short term profit.

whether up down after exdate for reits is it so important since already got confirm dividend except the person want to sell it off at a higher price
