if you read or study the QR, the loss is actually caused by the changes in fair value of investment properties. The decrease in properties valuation and unbilled lease income receivable.

I checked pp is around 710m (according to news) , say each share around 1.6, then it will be additional of 443.75 mil shares. 15% more of current number of share
