both directors sold their shares who are minority shareholder and non-independent director in the company TAN SRI ABDUL RAHMAN BIN MAMAT(Independent NonExecutive Chairman) and MOHD NASIR BIN ABDULLAH (Independent Non-Executive Director). which belive do not affecting the operation of the company where CEO William and HO TZE HIUNG still there.

And my concern also on the contract itself , if we read the news properly its stated that the contract is subject for annual renewal. Since we dont have the details of the contract terms so its not easy to interpret.
