actually some oil counter cannot be measure with oil price , some are oil production others are oil gas equipment . big negative on oil production due to global oil supply cut , yes price goes up but lesser production it's the same . it's like u got cancer in hospital just for survive.

but small / new oil company will benefit due low operating cost and liability. big tanker like Armada will get knock down
