| The amendment is on Note 9 of Part B of the Notes to the Interim Financial Statements for the Cummulative Fourth Quarter Ended 31 December 2013. Note 9 should be amended to read as follows:- "Proposed Dividend The Board of Directors proposed a special final dividend of 3 sen (single tier tax exempt) per ordinary share of RM0.50 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013 for the approval of the shareholders at the Eleventh Annual General Meeting." |
