Remarks : 
Note for No. 6

The Board of Directors has on 15 May 2025 declared an interim dividend of 1.30 sen (preceding year: 1.50 sen) per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2025. 
The entitlement to the interim dividend will be determined based on the shareholders registered in the record of depositors as at 12 June 2025 and the date of payment will be on 26 June 2025.
