The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 2.25 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each (&quot;Interim Dividend&quot;) in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2015. This Interim Dividend will be paid on 29 April 2015 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 14 April 2015.<br>

FINAL DIVIDEND:<br>
The Board of Directors proposes to recommend for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2015, to be paid on a date to be determined.</td></tr>

Remarks :

INTERIM DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 2.25 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2015. This Interim Dividend will be paid on 29 April 2015 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 14 April 2015.

FINAL DIVIDEND:
The Board of Directors proposes to recommend for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2015, to be paid on a date to be determined.
