| PROPOSED/DECLARED DIVIDEND PER SHARE (SUBUNIT): Cumulative Quarter - Corresponding Period of Preceding Year as at 31/01/2013: 273,825 sen per share based on 98,238 ordinary shares and 4.0 sen per share based on 5,198,300,000 ordinary shares. INTERIM DIVIDEND: The Board of Directors is pleased to declare a Fourth Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2014. This Interim Dividend will be paid on 30 April 2014 and the entitlement date for the dividend payment is 15 April 2014. FINAL DIVIDEND: The Board of Directors proposes to recommend for shareholders approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting a Final Single-Tier Dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2014, to be paid on a date to be determined. |
