Remarks :
Included in the dividend per share for the current year quarter and current year to date is a second interim gross dividend of 3.75 sen which was declared by the Directors on 18 November 2002 and which is payable on 20 December 2002. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the current financial year pursuant to MASB Standard 19, which became operative for financial statements covering periods beginning on or after 1 July 2001 but it will be accounted for in the financial statements for the financial year ending 30 September 2003.
