| Item 6 - Proposed/Declared Dividend The Directors have declared an interim dividend of 3.0 sen or 3.0% per ordinary share less tax at 28% (2005: 3.0 sen or 3.0% per ordinary share less tax at 28%) on 23 August 2006 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2006, which will be payable to shareholders on Friday, 17 November 2006. The interim dividend will amount to RM9.504 million and will be reflected in the financial statements for the quarter ended 30 September 2006. |
