Remarks : 
This amended announcement is made to rectify the disclosure of Notes to the Interim Financial Statements, i.e. Note 18 - (Loss)/Profit before tax appeared on Page 17. 

a) Finance income for the cumulative 9 months ended 30 September 2023 should read as (RM58.0 million) instead of (RM39.3 million).
b) Finance costs for the cumulative 9 months ended 30 September 2023 should read as RM429.6 million instead of RM287.1 million.
c) Depreciation for the cumulative 9 months ended 30 September 2023 should read as RM606.7 million instead of RM402.1 million.
d) Amortisation of intangible assets for the cumulative 9 months ended 30 September 2023 should read as RM219.9 million instead of RM145.9 million.

Saved for the aforementioned amendments, other details and information contained in the Company's announcement on the quarterly report on consolidated results for the financial period ended 30 September 2023, remain unchanged.
